Fajr 2×2 Checkerboard Zellige Tile

Inspired by early morning light, Fajr features a balanced checkerboard of deep blue and soft white tones, brought to life through traditional Moroccan zellige craftsmanship. Each 2×2 zellige tile is handmade in Morocco, individually shaped and glazed, creating subtle variations in color, surface texture, and edges that define authentic zellige.

The contrast between the deep blue and the warm white gives this checkerboard zellige tile a timeless and versatile look, suitable for both classic and contemporary interiors. The glossy glaze enhances depth and light reflection while preserving the natural, handcrafted character of each piece.

This 2×2 checkerboard zellige tile is suitable for residential and commercial applications, including kitchen backsplashes, bathroom walls, shower walls and floors (including steam showers), interior floors in high-traffic areas such as kitchens, primary bathrooms, and entryways, as well as low-traffic spaces like guest bathrooms and bedrooms. It can also be used for fireplace surrounds (excluding the firebox) and is compatible with radiant heated floors.

For exterior use, this zellige tile may be installed on exterior walls and outdoor floors in non-freeze climates only.
