🕒 Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Orders: Dispatched within 1 business day.

     

  • Custom-Made Tile Orders: Production and handling time for custom zellige and ceramic tile orders depends on the total quantity, selected product, and customer specifications. Most custom tile orders are ready to ship within 2–3 weeks.

    Because our products are handcrafted, larger quantities or highly customised orders may require additional production time.

🚚 Shipping Method

  • 🧱 Shipping for Tiles (Zellige, Ceramic, etc.)

    Shipping is not free for zellige, ceramic, or other tile products. Shipping costs are calculated according to the total tile quantity in square feet and are displayed automatically at checkout before payment.

    Tile Shipping Rates

    • 1–9 ft²: $200
    • 10–18 ft²: $400
    • 19–27 ft²: $600
    • Each additional 9 ft²: +$200

     

    • We use reliable international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.

    • All tile shipments use Expedited International Shipping.

    • Delivery estimates:

      • USA: 3–5 business days

      • EU: 2–4 business days

      • Gulf Countries: 3–5 business days

      • Worldwide: 3–8 business days

    📌 Shipping charges for tile orders are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

    🎁 Free Shipping for Selected Categories

    We offer free worldwide shipping on the following non-tile categories:

    • Mosaic Tables

    • Zellige Fountains

    • Iron Chairs & Decor

    • Handcrafted Home Accents

    • Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.

    • Delivery estimates are the same as above.

🌍 Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 3–5 business days (Duty-Free)

  • EU: 2–4 business days (Reduced Import Tax)

  • Gulf Countries: 3–5 business days (Reduced Import Tax)

  • Worldwide: 3–8 business days

📌 Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, peak seasons, or courier delays.

📬 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number

  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update in the courier system

🛃 Import Tax Information

  • USA: Always duty-free for our clients

  • EU & Rest of the World (excluding the USA): We work to reduce customs duties for most destinations whenever possible. However, VAT, local taxes, and any customs clearance charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • All accessories, documentation, and tags must be returned

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
