Zaytouna Green 4x4 Square Zellige Tile

The Zaytouna Green zellige tile reflects the deep, earthy tones of Moroccan olive groves and traditional riad gardens. Handcrafted in Morocco using centuries-old techniques, each green zellige tile is shaped, glazed, and fired by hand, creating natural variations in tone, subtle speckling, and an uneven surface that defines authentic Moroccan craftsmanship.

This 4x4 zellige tile features a rich racing green hue with a softly reflective glaze that shifts under natural and artificial light. The classic square zellige tile format offers timeless appeal, making it easy to integrate into both modern and traditional interiors while preserving the organic, artisanal charm of handmade tile. 

Ideal for interior floors, this tile performs beautifully in high-traffic areas such as kitchens, entryways, and primary bathrooms, as well as low-traffic spaces like guest bathrooms and bedrooms. It is equally suitable for kitchen backsplashes, bathroom walls, shower walls and floors, fireplace surrounds (excluding the inside of the firebox), and pools or spas, including saltwater and chlorine environments.

For exterior use, Zaytouna Green zellige tile may be installed on outdoor floors and walls only in non-freeze or non-thaw climates. It is not suitable for exterior floors exposed to freeze or thaw conditions, snow, or ice. This tile is fully compatible with radiant heating systems.

As with all handmade Moroccan zellige, sealing is required to protect the glaze, enhance durability, and preserve the depth of color over time.
