ASAD Hexagon Zellige Tile

The ASAD zellige tile is a handcrafted Moroccan tile distinguished by its warm terracotta-red tone and timeless geometric form. Drawing from natural clay pigments and traditional artisanal methods, ASAD offers a rich, earthy surface with subtle tonal variations that bring depth and warmth to any setting. Each tile is individually handmade, featuring a softly textured finish, gentle color movement, and naturally irregular edges that define authentic zellige craftsmanship.

These natural variations create a surface that feels organic and expressive once installed, giving every project a unique character. In moisture-prone environments, ASAD zellige tile may be used on shower walls and floors, including steam showers, and is also appropriate for pools and spas, whether saltwater or chlorine. It is compatible with radiant heated floor systems and may be installed on fireplace surrounds, excluding the interior fire box.

When properly installed and sealed, ASAD can be used on exterior floors, including areas exposed to freeze or thaw conditions such as snow or ice, as well as on outdoor floors in non-freeze climates. It is also suitable for exterior walls, including retaining walls and vertical outdoor surfaces.
