NOUJOUD Hexagon Zellige Tile

The NOUJOUD zellige tile features a deep navy blue tone with subtle tonal movement, evoking night skies and traditional Moroccan ceramic glazing. As with all handmade zellige, gentle shade variation, natural speckling, and slight surface irregularities are part of its authentic character.

Crafted in a hexagon shape, NOUJOUD allows for refined geometric layouts that add rhythm and architectural interest to floors and walls. Its bold yet balanced hue pairs beautifully with marble, wood, brass, and neutral finishes, making it a versatile choice for residential and commercial interiors.

NOUJOUD is suitable for residential and commercial use. It performs well on interior floors, including high-traffic areas such as kitchens, primary bathrooms, and entryways, as well as low-traffic spaces like guest bathrooms and bedrooms. It is equally well suited for interior walls, including kitchen backsplashes, bathroom walls, and decorative feature walls.

Designed for moisture-prone environments, NOUJOUD can be used on shower walls and floors, including steam showers. It is also appropriate for pools and spas, whether saltwater or chlorine, and is compatible with radiant floor heating systems. The tile may be installed around fireplace surrounds, excluding the interior fire box.

For exterior applications, NOUJOUD can be used on exterior walls and outdoor floors in non-freeze climates.
It is not recommended for outdoor surfaces exposed to snow or ice.

To ensure durability, stain resistance, and long-term performance, sealing is required. Proper sealing protects the surface while preserving the tile’s handcrafted texture. Always follow the installation guide for recommended sealers and correct installation practices.
