🕒 Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Orders: 1 business day

  • Custom-Made Orders: 2–3 weeks, depending on customer specifications and product type
    (Handcrafted items require additional time due to the artisanal production process.)

🚚 Shipping Method

🧱 Shipping for Tiles (Zellige, Ceramic, etc.)

Shipping for all tile products is not free and is calculated based on square footage (ft²).

  • Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on the total tile quantity.

  • Rates:

    • 1 to 9 ft² → $100

    • 10 to 18 ft² → $200

    • 19 to 27 ft² → $300

    • (And so on, increasing by $100 per 9 ft²)

  • We use reliable international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.

  • All tile shipments use Expedited International Shipping.

  • Delivery estimates:

    • USA: 3–5 business days

    • EU: 2–4 business days

    • Gulf Countries: 3–5 business days

    • Worldwide: 3–8 business days

📌 Shipping charges for tile orders are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

🎁 Free Shipping for All Other Products

We offer free worldwide shipping on all non-tile products, including:

    • Mosaic Tables

    • Zellige Fountains

    • Iron Chairs & Decor

    • Handcrafted Home Accents

    • Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.

    • Delivery estimates are the same as above.

🌍 Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 3–5 business days (Duty-Free)

  • EU: 2–4 business days (Reduced Import Tax)

  • Gulf Countries: 3–5 business days (Reduced Import Tax)

  • Worldwide: 3–8 business days

📌 Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, peak seasons, or courier delays.

📬 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number

  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update in the courier system

  • USA: Always duty-free for our clients

  • EU & Gulf Countries: Significantly reduced import taxes for most regions

↩️ Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • All accessories, documentation, and tags must be returned

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
