Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Custom-made or personalized mosaic tables may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Packaging

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any documentation or accessories that came with it.

Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.

Refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

Exchanges

We accept exchanges.
To exchange an item, the buyer must return the original item at their own expense.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement.
